Refund policy

At Known., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

• Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, for unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Clearance, Custom or personalized items and final sale products cannot be returned.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
• Process: To start a return or exchange, contact us at blessed@shop-known.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
